Care Team 2008

The Care Team works as liaison between a member/members who need support in difficult and trying times.  The 2008 year was a busy year for the Care Team and at times, a challenging year.

Whether it was an illness, surgery, a loss of job, death and at the other end of the spectrum, birth, each event required support. And as with any illness, loss or difficulty, the church community is and should be forefront in providing the support to our fellow members.  The challenge is to be successful in meeting those individual needs. 

We are truly blessed with a congregation that when asked, responds in the most positive way, often giving more than asked.  It is only with their generosity that we are able to serve the needs of our congregation and meet the challenge.

 Christ asks that we serve one another with love and compassion. We are trying to walk in his footsteps.
